Master Track: "WYSIWYG Finale"

Here's a master track for the "WYSIWYG Finale". It's the last 5 minutes of the show and closes the loop for all the character threading. We even included an upbeat curtain call and it rocks. The finale starts with April lamenting Carl's initial reaction to meeting her in the real world. Ron emerges and serenades the audience at the piano with a closing soliloquy. Denise turns to let Ron know that she's willing to try to work things out with him. He searches for the answer through song to find Carl confronting April with some support and advice. Carl tells April that she is a real as anyone he has ever met and she deserves love, but that she can't go around living her life defined by others, then suggests that she logout and login to life, she closes her laptop and they all sing together "What You See Is What You Get."

It's sung by sung by Blake Nawa'a, Carolyn Jordan and Tony Domenick with a cameo from April Alsup (October/2022). Here's a link to download the Sheet Music for the "WYSIWYG Finale" to follow along.

"Someone Who's Just Like You" is on Spotify!

We've released the master track for "Someone Who's Just Like You" on Spotify. It can sometimes take up to a month to get our songs on the various streaming audio sites once we've completed the soundtrack. It's the last song of the 1st act and it's a bit of a cliffhanger. It takes place at Frank's Tavern when Denise tells April about Carl's online profile "Chuck D". His moniker should have been a warning sign, but she looks-up his profile anyway and falls for the line "the man of your dreams". It's sung by Blake Nawa'a with Tony Domenick and Kelsie Bedard on background vocals (August/2022).

Preparing for an audition? Here's a link to download the Sheet Music for "Someone Who's Just Like You" to follow along and practice with. It's a nice choice and a great addition to any professional audition portfolio. At some point you'll need to download the rehearsal track (with no vocals) from the WYSIWYG website though. Good Luck!

Master Track: My Someday Comes Today

Here's a master track of "My Someday Comes Today". A unexpected encounter with Carl at the GIC (Gender Identity Center) brings April back down to earth when she realizes Carl sees right through her in the real world. They talk for hours online now, but in person he shows no interest in getting to know her better; afterwards, she calls home for some comfort and support. 🎭. We finished it up in April 2022, but we decided it would be nice to release it on the streaming sites on Mother's Day.

It's sung by Blake Nawa'a and David Traugh provided the orchestration. You might want to download the Sheet Music for "My Someday Comes Today" to follow along.
